There will be an overview of the Office of Surveillance Commissioners (OSC) and as more and more Applicants, Gatekeepers and Authorising Officers are being required to defend their actions in court or at a tribunal we will conduct a courtroom scenario examining RIPA authorisations. (2 & 3 day courses only).

Our trainers specialise in Human Rights and RIPA, having worked practically in this arena for a number of years. They are also highly qualified as trainers. They designed the National RIPA Authorising Officers' Course for the police service. The quality of this course received specific mention in the OSC Annual Report 2006/07.
