It doesn't matter to us who initally trained you as our one-day RIPA refresher course will refresh your knowledge of the legislation, bring you up to date with stated cases, recent guidance from the Office of Surveillance Commissioners and current thinking about this complex area of business.
Our training is delivered by experienced trainers who are all RIPA practitioners. They are well aware of the requirements of the OSC and the courts and the training is able to reflect the needs of the Act, the Codes of Practice and relevant case law.
This training is completely interactive and is geared to make sure that you go back to your work place being able to offer 100% up to the minute thinking.
We can run this training 'in-house' or we offer regular external courses where you can meet RIPA staff from other organisations and get to see their views and working practices.
