Barrie Davies
We have 12 very experienced RIPA Trainers all of whom are occupationally competent in the arena of covert law-enforcement. Not only have they worked operationally in this field, they have delivered RIPA training to Authorising Officers, Gatekeepers, Applicants, managers and practitioners across police forces, law-enforcement agencies, public authorities and private companies. A number of them hold valid Security Clearance (SC) so you can discuss covert techniques without fear of compromise.
There are too many people offering RIPA training who bring a very blinkered view to your organisation when delivering this subject but due to working extensively in this arena our trainers know this complex subject in detail and through interfacing with lawyers, judges, academics and the Office of Surveillance Commissioners (OSC) they bring a rounded view to RIPA training.
